Product delivery

The product will be delivered to the address provided between 24 hours and a maximum of 15 days. The standard products, have a delivery of 24-48h in case of more specific products indicated or when the product does not have stock the delivery ranges between 7 and 15 days. Shipping will be nationwide, with a cost of € 8. If the order exceeds € 300 the shipping cost is free. For shipments abroad contact.

Return of an item

The items offered to our online store are designed and manufactured by the firm of TORRONS VICTORIANO CANDELA, premise of quality and excellence.

In this line, we intend to offer the maximum guarantee to our clients. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of seven (7) business days, from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return without penalty of any kind. The direct cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer as compiled by the LGCU. This cost refers to the expenses generated by the return.

To make the return, the product will have to be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouses, and after checking the status, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer.

To proceed with the return, send us an email to the address info @ TORRONS VICTORIANO CANDELA.es, indicating reason for return and order number.

In the case of return, personalized items (all embroidered products) cannot be returned. We recommend you if you have questions about the size that you contact us previously.
